Dear Student and Parents:

Your son/daughter has requested an early program for the FALL 2008 semester. This request is based on your child's need to be excused after 9th period class in order to participate on a Spring Team.

We will do our utmost to program your child for this special schedule. Your child cannot request extra periods of work that will extend his/her school day since the academic day must be completed by the end of ninth period.

All eligible student athletes must request ZT-10 forms (no 10th period) prior to scheduling. The form below should be submitted to Ms. Singer (Room 501) by APRIL 18th, 2008.

Should your child request extra periods of work for academic reasons, your child will be removed from the ZT-10 list.

N.B. ZT-10 will not be restored once surrendered.
