SENIORS

IMPORTANT!!

DIPLOMA DISTRIBUTION

Each senior must pick up and sign for his/her diploma in their homeroom. No diplomas will be mailed. Any student who will not be in school on FRIDAY, JUNE 26, 2009 can either:

1.

Pick up his/her diploma from the College Office on Monday, June 29th between 11:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m., or after September 8, 2009

OR

2.

Pick up a release form in the College Office. This form must be completed by the student and brought by a member of his/her immediate family or legal guardian when picking up the diploma on Monday, June 29th between 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
No Diplomas will be issued on TUESDAY, JUNE 30, 2009.

PLEASE ADHERE TO THESE INSTRUCTIONS BECAUSE A DUPLICATE DIPLOMA CANNOT BE ISSUED AT ANYTIME TO A GRADUATE.
