The Program Office is located in Room 239. We have a total of seven staff members who are responsible for student programs and academic records. Our Members: Edward Wong - Assistant Principal of Technology Services, is a member of the Department of Mathematics and has taught 22 years in the public school system. Sophia Liang - Program Chair and Teacher of Mathematics, has been a public high school teacher for 12 years. Ms. Liang also has an M.B.A. and before teaching, worked in private industry. Lawrence Barth - Assistant Program Chair is a member of the Department of Physical Education. Mr. Barth, a teacher in the public school system for 28 years, is also Bowling Coach. Angela Figliolo - Technology Services Secretary is a mother and has been a member of the Stuyvesant Community for 9 years. Matthew Hahn - Program Office Aide is the Baseball Coach and has been a valuable member of the Program Office for 22 years. Odessa Holmes - Program Office Aide is a mother of twins and has been with the Program Office for 10 years. Jessica Tosto - Program Office Secretary is a mother of two and has been with the Program Office for 9 years. |
The Program Office Web Site was originally conceived and
created by Susan Brustein, the former Programming Chair.
With the help of Stephen Kramer and Michael Zamansky,
Stuyvesant's online registration was developed and implemented. Mrs. Brustein is now the
Assistant Principal of Science at Townsend Harris High School in
Queens. Mr. Kramer is retired, but continues his work in designing
online academic database systems.
