Students who have completed Acting (E5PAC or E6PAC or E7PAC) may take this course. We will be engaging in scene study -- including Shakespeare and Chekov, advanced voice and improvisation, detailed criticism of performances in class, on stage and screen, text analysis and performance objectives. 5 written projects, 3 scene presentations including 1 classical piece, and attendance at 3-5 Broadway shows will be part of the course requirements. Teaching techniques include lecture, presentation, group work and discussion of acting techniques.

All assigned papers, all assigned scenes, and a Senior Thesis for Seniors must be completed on time. There are no costs, but you must be free to attend evening theater 3-5 times per semester. You should possess the ability to work with others, reliability, demonstrate excellent attendance, show an interest in performance, and have your E6 English teacher approve your enrollment.
