Korean 3 and 4 for Language Heritage Learners FK3N and FK4N

Who should take this course?
This course is intended for students who speak Korean at home or have had a comparable experience, but need to improve certain aspects such as reading and writing.

What will we be studying?
Listening and speak ing in Korean at an intermediate level; reading and writing; culture.

What will be expected of me?
Students will be expected to participate in class and do the required work.

How is the course taught?
The course will reinforce and augment the students' skills in Korean.

What are the completion requirements?
Students must participate in class activities, do homework, and take all examinations.

Details and pre/co-requisites:
A native background or a comparable experience is a necessary prerequisite for this course. Students may take Korean as an elective course only; a three-year sequence in a different second language must be taken to fulfill the language requirements.
