Who should take this course?
This course is designed for students who wish to further their knowledge of Italian literature, culture and language with heavy preparation for the Advanced Placement Italian Language exam.

What will we be studying? / How is the course taught?
Through the use of Italian short story, theatre and poetry masterpiece, as well as journals, magazines and video. Students will be required to do oral and written exposés.

What will be expected of me?
The oral and written exposés as well as the cultural report will be an integral part of the term's work. In addition, wherever possible there will be cultural excursions and participation in Italian competition in the metropolitan area.

Details and pre/co-requisites:
Level III Italian, or native speaker approved by teacher and chairperson.
