The Stuyvesant High School Online Course Guide

Freshman Research Biology SL1S and SL2S

This course is for students who have a science career as a goal and would like to participate in an enriched Regents Biology/SAT II Biology curriculum. Current events and additional topics such as statistics will be discussed. The students will perform additional advanced laboratory exercises involving microorganisms, biochemistry and plants.

SL1S and SL2S requires students to develop and perform a science research project such as the effects of various environmental or chemical changes on organisms.
