 Who should take this course?
Students who have successfully completed Regents Chemistry and are interested in Chemistry and its applications and do not want the rigorousness of an AP course.

What will we be studying?
Selected topics in Consumer, Environmental, Industrial, Organic, and Nutrition Chemistry as well as topics in Biochemistry and Medicine.

What will be expected of me?
Moderate homework including short research papers. Short laboratory exercises..

How is the course taught?
Recitation, lab lessons and student presentations.

What are the completion requirements?
Class exams, class participation, final research paper in lieu of final exam.

Pre-requisite: Chemistry 2. This is a one term course.
